My goal is to be as flexible and responsive as possible in adapting mindfulness practices to each person so that you fully integrate them into your life. I coach executives, physicians and health care professionals, businessmen, and educators. I also coach patients with a variety of physical illnesses and psychological concerns. Mindfulness techniques and coaching is effective for navigating life’s major stressors including work, relationships, transitions, anxiety, chronic pain, health concerns, emotional dysregulation, grief and loss.
