Online Counseling Services For Montana Residents

As a licensed Psychologist in Bozeman Montana, I am able to offer therapy and counseling services to clients who live in remote parts of Montana who might not otherwise have access to quality mental health care and services. Online counseling differs from conventional in-person therapy in that sessions are conducted remotely. Your therapy session will occur via a face-to-face video meeting, using my HIPPA compliant platform. This is an online platform used by physicians, psychiatrists, online therapists, online psychologists all over the world. Many clients prefer Skype or FaceTime for sessions. I practice mind-body medicine as well as traditional types of therapy and counseling practices to help clients who struggle with a range of concerns.

Just as in an office session, online counseling can help you identify stress triggers, better understand and manage difficult thoughts and emotions, work through loss and grief, gain support through a crisis and get help with relationship issues. In a confidential, comfortable setting, you can openly and honestly share your concerns and develop the skills needed to help you with the problems that led you to counseling. I work with clients from all parts of Montana including: Bozeman, Billings, Butte, Livingston, Red Lodge, Missoula, Helena, Whitefish, Kalispell and more.
