Online psychotherapy
New York, Montana, massachusetts & vermont
Serving NYC, the Berkshires, Bozeman & Big Sky
As a licensed psychologist providing virtual psychotherapy in New York State, Montana, Vermont, and Massachusetts, I work with adults seeking depth-oriented, integrative care.
I primarily serve clients in:
New York City and throughout New York State
The Berkshires and greater Massachusetts
Bozeman and Big Sky, Montana
Rural and underserved areas across Vermont and Montana
Secure online therapy allows clients in both metropolitan and remote regions to access consistent, high-quality psychological care without sacrificing depth, discretion, or relational presence.
All sessions are conducted via HIPAA-compliant telehealth.
Depth-Oriented, Mind–Body Psychotherapy
My approach integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy, somatic (mind–body) therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness-based interventions. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, therapy addresses the underlying emotional and physiological patterns that shape anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress.
I work with adults experiencing:
Anxiety and stress disorders
Depression and emotional flatness
Burnout and professional exhaustion
Trauma and complex PTSD
Grief and life transitions
Chronic pain and autoimmune-related distress
Existential or spiritual concerns
Identity and relational conflict
This is therapy designed for psychological integration — not quick fixes.
Online Therapy for executives & Professionals
My practice is especially suited for:
Professionals and leaders in NYC and Massachusetts
Physicians and healthcare providers experiencing burnout
Creatives and educators managing identity strain
Individuals in rural communities seeking expert care
Clients navigating chronic illness or psychosomatic symptoms
Virtual psychotherapy provides flexibility, privacy, and continuity — particularly for those balancing demanding careers or living outside major urban centers.
Integrative Methods
Treatment may include:
Psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy
Somatic therapies (Focusing, Hakomi)
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) principles
Interpersonal neurobiology
Contemplative and existential inquiry
Behavioral medicine approaches for chronic stress
Each treatment plan is individualized and grounded in psychological science.
Psychotherapy Where You Are
Whether you live in:
Manhattan, Brooklyn, or upstate New York
The Berkshires or greater Boston region
Bozeman, Big Sky, Missoula, or rural Montana
Burlington or other Vermont communities
You can access consistent, confidential psychotherapy through secure video sessions.
Online therapy maintains the same depth, rigor, and attentiveness as in-person work.
A Depth-Oriented, Whole-Person Approach
Psychotherapy offers space to slow down, examine recurring patterns, regulate the nervous system, and develop greater emotional clarity.
If you are seeking a psychologically grounded, mindfulness-informed approach to lasting change, virtual therapy may provide the continuity and depth you need.
Whether you reside in Bozeman, Missoula, Whitefish, Helena, or Billings, Montana, in New York City or upstate New York, across Vermont’s towns and valleys, or throughout Massachusetts—from Boston to the Berkshires, I offer a grounded, integrative approach to psychotherapy tailored to your needs.
